Asha Negi & Rithvik Dhanjani Split Up?
As per reports from various media houses, Television industry’s most famous couple Asha Negi and Rithvik Dhanjani have split up! Isn’t that disheartening? Rithvik and Asha Negi have dated for almost 7 years and were first seen together in the popular serial Pavitra Rishta. There were even rumours of their wedding last year. However, both refuted the rumours. In 2013, a few months after they officially announced their relationship, Rithvik and Asha participated in the celebrity dance reality show Nach Baliye Season 6 and won the trophy.
The only silver lining for this couple’s fans is that they still might be in a position to save their relationship. Because some sources have also reported that the duo is reportedly taking a break from their relationship. A Pinkvilla report quoted a source as saying-
“The two have been dating each other for the longest time but things haven’t been too well between the two, of late. Apparently, they are currently on a break and are trying to see if it can go any further. But, the dent is already being felt by close friends.”
Even a Times Of India report stated that Asha Negi and Rithvik have decided to part ways. Since things weren’t going too well between them. Asha and Rithvik’s close friends are aware of it. And it’s been more than a month since the latter had moved out of their house. So naturally “Ashvik” (as they were lovingly called) fans are very disappointed. And we are sure they want to see the couple work out their differences and get back together soon.
Also interestingly, in an interview, Asha Negi had said that “If anyone who is in a relationship says that he or she hasn’t had fights or arguments, then they are lying. Also, when one person isn’t able to move ahead or take the relationship forward, the other person has to work at it. Sometimes, it is me and at other times, it is Rithvik, who carries our relationship forward. We are best friends, so we love spending time with each other. More than me, Rithvik works harder on our relationship. He is very committed and handles me well when I act like a spoilt brat.”
So though this news is deeply saddening we hope that the couple finds happiness again!
