The viewers of Star Plus serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will get to watch a massive drama in the upcoming episodes tht will revolve around Kartik , Naira and Kirti .
It is seen that Kartik tries to hide Kirti's critical condition from Naira, however, feeling suspicious, Naira (Shivangi Joshi) lands in the hospital and gets shocked to know that Kirti is in the coma. Naira will fear that her scary visions are turning true and will become unconscious.
On the other hand, Doctors inform Goenkas that Kirti’s (Mohena Singh)state is stable and they should perform her operation to deliver the baby.
