In the coming episodes of Star Plus’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Pihu will be ill and Ishita and Raman will even take her to doctor. Pihu will stop eating food and she will be completely shocked.
Pihu will later undergo depression and she will refuse talking with anyone and she will be seen spending time alone in a room. Ishita will shatter seeing Pihu in depression and this comes as a new problem to Ishita and Raman.
